What to do this winter…

Standard

There are so many wonderful “artsy” places to visit this winter. The Katonah Museum is an amazing resource that is only a 35 minute drive from Ardsley. It is a small, family friendly museum that offers many educational opportunities to the community. Children have the ability to explore in their hand’s on learning center and families can attend unique workshops for some “artful fun”!

There is an amazing exhibit entitled, Eye to I… 3,000 Years of Portraits. It is located in the Beitzel and Righter Galleries, and is up until February 16, 2014.  This exhibit connects directly to the Concord Road art curriculum.  You may preview the exhibit by visiting the website, http://eyetoi.org/tablet/index.html.  It is an interactive experience for the family!
